As he is always looking to make his already superb operation even better, he discovered McClaskey Excellence Institute’s “Achieving World-Class Results” (AWCR) class. He first attended the in-person class to check the class out. Finding it was exactly what he was looking for to take his organization to the next level of extraordinary operations, he enrolled his key leaders in the web-based version of the AWCR class. Because of the number of leaders, he elected to take a private class rather than be part of the monthly public offering of the class. To Chuck’s surprise, the web-based version of the class was even more effective than the in-person version in getting his team engaged in creating higher levels of operations excellence. And they will able to start the implementation after each segment of the class. In short, he concluded the web-based version of the class was even more effective than the in-person class and would highly recommend the web-based version.
